Typically, Revit is used for 3D modelling of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing services. Depending on the stage of a project and unless there are some obvious constraints our preference is to deliver designs fully in Revit.  In this way much better coordination between MEP services can be guaranted with minimal or no clashes. Additionally designs can be delivered in CAD should there only be available 2D architectural plans.

1. Complete MEP design in Revit and implementation in accordance with the BIM execution plan.

2. MEP deisgns in CAD software.

3. Revit modelling only.
